From: IRA TOBAK Hello fromMrs. Chaplin's second grade class at DeRuyter Central School. The sc hool is located in central New York, south of Syracuse and east of Cortland. It is still snowy and wet in central New York. We can see some grass. The snow is melting, even thought it snowed again today. When the sun comes out w e find mud puddles.
