To "echo" Sandy: I also create the one book only category only I do not wait until the end of the year. After a student has showed up several times on the exclusion list then the little dahling is relegated to one book only until such time as his/her behavior in returning books in a more timely fashion is in evidence. carolan@ids.net LM_NET IS A JOY!
