hello and welcome in foreigh languages

I'm seeking help from you multilingual lm_netters.  A sixth grade teacher
at my school is having a European festival and wants to create a list of
the words for hello and/or welcome in as many European languages as possible.
As with so many requests, she desires this info ASAP!
