Impact of technology on children's services

The final paper is on the word processor but I would like to have some
input from other librarians. The paper is examining "The impact of
technology on children's services."

If you have some time would you please answer the following questions?

1. What are two positive aspects gained from introducing technology into
   the children's library?

2. What are two negative aspects coming from the introduction of
   technology into the children's library?
