request for interlibrary loan

A teacher NEEDS to borrow a copy of a book--author and publisher unknown,
title rather fuzzy: "When Will the Snow Trees Grow?" or perhaps "Where
Have the Snow Trees Gone?"  She needs it ASAP.  I will return it to you
after Christmas.
