TechUpgrade

We have $$$ available to upgrade our 16 computer tech center located in
the library.  We currently have one file server (Novell) with 4MG RAM and
250 MB hard drive; 16 286 (!) stations with 1MG RAM and 40 MB hard
drives.  Best advice?  Suggestions?
