state technology initiatives

I've been wandering around the Internet without luck on this one.   Thanks in
advance for any assistance.

Our district technology committee is updating their technology plan.  I would
like to put together a chart of what various state dept of eds. have spent on
technology initiatives.  My principal was at a conference in Charlston SC
just before Thanksgiving, and came back talking glowing of Washington State
and Georgia.

A number of us feel we have seen something in print since summer.
