Dallas-golf vacation?

One of our teachers is going to Dallas during the holidays.  He wants to
know of names of any golf courses in the area, and phone numbers if
possible.  Locations would also be helpful (he's never been there) and
also, is it warm enough to golf at that time?
This is not a joke; he is serious!!!!
