Re: ?who covers contractual planning time for teachers

In our school district, teachers must come in one hour before school begins,
and THAT is our one hour planning time.  I used to think that was the
usual thing, but after all these messages about specials and library
times, I'm beginning to wonder!  We also have a full-time P>E> teacher, a
half-time music teacher (used to be full time), and a half-time librarian
(used to be full time as well, and teachers are beginning to rise up and
demand a return of full-time librarians.)

Is this extremely odd, or what?
