We are the only school in the district that is fully automated in full
MARC/AACR2 records.  We do, however, need to upgrade the equipment on
which
the catalog operates.

We have the MOLLI system for our online
catalog/circulation/inventory.  In
addition, we have Grolier's Multimedia Encyclopedia, World Book
Information
Finder, WilsonDisc (one year award that was won at a convention--we
need to
find the funds to continue it however), Reference Library, Library of
the
Future Series (1st edition), World Atlas, U.S. Atlas, Languages of the
World, U.S. History on CD-ROM, The Family Doctor, Time Table of
History/Arts
and Entertainment, Time Table of History/Science and Innovation, and
Time
Table of History/Business, Politics, & Media, local regional catalog (5
counties of public, school, college, and county libraries on two
CD-ROM's
using software by Auto-Graphics), Precision One for cataloging, and
access
to the Internet through Procomm Plus.  The regional catalog offers ILL
services as well.

The two encyclopedias are in their own CD-ROM drives, respectively, as
well
as WilsonDisc and the regional catalog (NUCILS:  Northwest Union
Catalog and
Interlibrary Loan System).  The rest of the software is in a Pioneer
DRM-604x
minichanger spanning two magazines:  the more curriculum-orientated
software
is in the 'permanent' magazine with the other one available on-demand.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THIS HARDWARE WAS PURCHASED WITH LIBRARY MONIES
AND NOT
OUT OF THE DISTRICT COMPUTER BUDGET.

Could you do one thing for me, however?  Please post this to LM_NET as
I
chose to reply and instead of send on our local system.  The message
will go
to you and no one else, and, at this point, I have no way to save this
message
