New elementary library wiring

As a recent subscriber to LM_NET, I hope I am not asking you to repeat a recent
 discussion.  Happily, our elementary building bond issue finally passed.
The bonds are sold and the architect is working on the plans to go our for bid.
My question is about what wiring and/or telecommunications capabilities I
 should be requesting be built into the library plans.  This will be a K-6
library for about 200 students in rural Missouri.  Funding for extras will
be limited but I know it will be better to plan ahead for technology rather
than to try to add it later.  What are your suggestions?  Thanks for your help.
