Info on Alliance for Higher Education

I'm trying to find an address and phone number for the organization
Alliance for Higher Education.  I have been told that it is based in
Texas (perhaps Denton?) and was hoping that someone on the list from
Texas might have heard of it.  I've checked the standard sources
(_Encyclopedia of Associations_, _NEA Handbook_, _Patterson's_) to no avail.
