Wellness videos

Hi, all,

One of my P.E. teachers is looking for some good videos to use with our
middle school students now that we're back in school
(Year-Round-Education). He's looking for videos that pertain to heat
stroke, heat exhaustion (I wonder why! ;-) ), eating right, fitness in
general, wellness, etc.  If you can suggest some, I'll post a HIT and share
the information.
