atlas for secondary schools

I'm looking for recommendations for a new secondary school level atlas
which includes the recent changes in eastern europe and russia. Patron
also is seeking a globe with replaceable parts much like puzzle pieces,
kind of an "update-it-yourself".  She is sure this is produced
commercially but by whom? Thanks.
