getting into another OPAC

Our district's high school and my school (7-8 middle) will soon (I
hope!) be installing Follett's CircPlus.  Each library will have its
own network.  How can I call the high school's catalog and connect
directly to them?  I would really love to be able to browse their
catalog and borrow things I need from there.  How do I set this up?
Does CircPlus have such a feature built in?  Do I use something
like PC Anywhere?  (This will be a PC system.)
