Student radio station

Our district has an opportunity to join in an endeavor with our local
public radio station for several hours of student programming.  (no rock
n roll, no Howard Stern).   Does anyone have experience with student
run, produced, and delivered radio, who can give me some help with
costs, time, etc., etc., etc.
