OBE and the Library Program - source material

A while back several people asked for information on how OBE impacts the
library program. Today I received a copy of the contents page for
_Colorado_Libraries_ vol 18 no 1, March 1992. It lists an article by
Deborah Kirk and Lynda Welborn titled "The Impact of Outcome-Based
Education on the Library Media Program" (p. 5).

I don't have a copy of the article, just the contents page.
