JVC has a 5 system VHS format VCR on the market. The system offers PAL/SECAM/MESECAM/NTSC3.58/NTSC4.43 formats. The model No. is HR-D337MS. you can contact JVC product info. line at 1-800-252-5722 (#1). Please be advised like Carl Simpson stated these are professional broadcast formats which mean they are expensive to repair. We just had the heads replaced on ours and it cost over $200.00. David W.
