LM_NET: Library Media Networking

There are school library media challenges everywhere.  We need library
media leaders everywhere.  I don't think it's healthy as a profession to
get into a discussion of "who needs more."  All kids deserve high quality
library media programs and we need to pounce on every opportunity.

This job is an opportunity.  I hope that LM_NETTERS will share
opportunities of all kinds with the list.
