Where is Center for Children&Tech?

I am trying to locate the authors of a paper, "Case Studies of K-12 Educators
Use of the Internet", Margaret Honey and Katherine McMillan, Center for
Children and Technology, Education Development Center.  I want to ask
permission to publish (reprint?) this paper in OHIO MEDIA SPECTRUM.  I hope
these ladies are on LM_Net, or someone can tell me where to find an email
