This document is a resource guide and how to manual for beginner and intermediate users of the Internet, as well as an excellent reference for advanced users. The Incomplete Guide is available via anonymous ftp or in hard copy format. To ftp the Guide, go to zaphod.ncsa.uiuc.edu or ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu and look in the education directory. In there is a directory called Education_Resources.
