(42 U.S.C. 1981 et seq.) The HTML version was generated via a perl script. The ascii source used was found on a CD-ROM prepared and published by the Office of the Law Revision Counsel of the House of Representatives. It contains the laws in force on January 2, 1992. Since Civil Rights is Title 42, Section 21, it can be found at: http://www.law.cornell.edu/usc/42/21/overview.html More statutory material will be added as we get it off the CD. --Brian T.
