Technology Plans?!?

Hello!

I am interested in county, district, &/or state level future-growth
oriented technology development plans and technology assessment
questionnaires.

I am the LMS at Parkdale HS, Prince George's County, Maryland, and
have recently been selected, along with other LMSs from a variety of
school levels, to serve on a county-level "Technology Committee".  Our
goals include assessing where our school Library Media Centers currently
stand and developing goals to give direction to future technology growth
in our LMCs.

Any working plans, suggestions, ideas, etc. that I could share with
the committee would be most welcome!
