Research for faculty...Pet Peeve or Opportunity

I welcome faculty requests for help because it gives
me a chance to showoff our resources.  Many faculty are
surprised at what we find for them and will support the library at budget
time.

Also it gives me a chance to tell about how busy we are and how I will
need at least two days accomplish the search.  There are still a few
holdouts who imagine that we sit and read all day!
