password for windows

I have a student who wrote a password program for our library computer and
it has a seperate window that comes up with all my telecomm. programs,
library records,windows settings etc. I know little @ it except it works
like a charm. I'm just learning email. Excuse my manners. I'll put you in
touch with the student if you like.
