Mandarin listserv

Announcing the soon to be available listserv for those involved with or
interested in the Mandarin Library Management System.  For the past year, I
have been facilitating communication between users of this system via
distribution/mailing lists.  With the cooperation of Mike Eisenberg, Harry Chan
and Melissa Galiano, a listserv for this purpose will soon become a reality.
