from Middle to High

I would like feedback from middle school librarians who have moved to
high school libraries.  Adjustments, feelings, coping with changes etc.
I am considering this change not because I am unhappy but because of
district changes in schedules, administration etc.  I am a little
concerned and would like to hear form those who have swam this ocean
