TARGET-> alternatives to school suspensions

Hello,
I'm Tom Sanders from Pittsburgh, Pa. and some teachers, administrators,
and parents, are looking for information on "alternatives to out of
school suspensions" and what are "safe schools".  I would like to
TARGET-> these topics, with your help, and then HIT-> them in a compiled
list in a few weeks.  I am eager to show these people how powerfull
LM_NET, and the internet really are.
