Marie,

How about asking *this* group for their most "revealing" questions when
they have been interviewed?  You could <TARGET> the questions and then
prepare a <HIT> list (:->, that doesn't sound quite right, does it?) for
all of us to see.  I have been interviewing for principal positions, and
some questions are routine....some are quite out of the ordinary.  I
*think* there are about 2000 of us.  That ought to reap some pretty good
ideas.
