Urgent need-Presenter Plus

We are writing specs for a multimedia card  t containing a VCR,
Laser Disc player, computer, printer and monitor. We need info on
vga signal converters for output from the computer to the monitor. I saw
a discussion of this about a month ago-someone had done research and
chosen Presenter Plus--Could you please share the info you gathered
about converters and who makes Presenter Plus and any other
pertinent ino fo you think we may need.  As usual we have 3 days for this.
