        Haven't seen the mathematical formula on lm_net, so here
it is: (first set of digits is language.  Have you figured out
that 84 is Spanish?) 10 times the first digit plus 9 times the
second digit plus 8 times the 3rd digit...the last digit is a check
so that the sum is divisible by 11.  If the last digit is X it is a
10.
