Interesting question!  Does the school give up responsibility for what
goes on in the school library when they hire a Civil Service employee?
Are evaluations different and by someone other than the principal?  I am
beginning to see all kinds of implications!  Also, along this line, what
happens to school librarians and libraries when a school elects to become
a charter school?
