Now, Lucy, I don't feel like the only librarian in town with lost books.

It's snowing AGAIN tonight, but I'm thinking of the end of the school year,
a rather difficult time for me because of the hassle of getting books back
from students who do not seem to care. My overdue slips and bills are often
ignored. I have some success in announcing that I will withhold report
cards, but I've been told that maneuver is illegal.

Does anyone have a successful strategy, specific hints, or good ideas?
