Censu info on Internet?

I am looking for census information for a researcher.  He needs info on
educators in the Norhteast region of the country.  Info requested is
educational background of people serving in admin positions in
schools...# with PhD's, MA, etc. by race and by gender.  Anywhere on
Internet that this info can be found?  Thank you in advance for your
help.
