TTexas School Funding

A Social Studies teacher at Glenwood High School is interested in
locating articles from Texas newspapers about the progress of
legislation to change the funding of Texas public schools.  We have
already located articles in other periodicals, using Readers' Guide, UMI
Proquest and New York Times Index.  Does someone have access to a Texas
newspaper database with keyword-search capabilities (NewsBank?), who
could create a bibliography for us?  Any sources will be greatly
appreciated.
