Looking for info on KENTUCKY reform

I am interested in making contact with educators in Kentucky for the
purpose of planning a visit to some schools to look at how technology is
being integrated in the classroom. While attending MACEXPO, I heard on
from a number of speakers about the refoems taking place there and am
quite interested in making contact. Would also be interested in obtaining
info on any upcoming conferences in the fall of 94 dealing with using
computers in the primary and elementary curriculum. Thanks for your
