Regarding your request for a Holocaust bibliography:

Hazel Rochman in Against Borders: Promoting Books for a Multicultural World
(ALA Books, 1993) has a section devoted to the Holocaust in the chapter
on Racial Oppression. It includes 5 videos and 9 pages of books.
