wrote that the listserv for IB is managed by Steve Hreha, IB Coordinator
at Champlain College in Quebec and serves, at this point, about 75
subscribers, ranging from "Jakarta to Chile, Finland to Mexico, Trieste
to.....and lots in the US and Canada."  To subscribe, follow the usual
