Apology

I posted a request for information on some CD-ROM products a couple of days ago
and received quite a few helpful responses.  However, I typed my request in
all capital letters, which one kind soul relayed to me was construed as
"yelling" on the Internet!  My apologies--I did not know any better and
appreciate the tip.
