To Teacher-Librarians

We are two social studies teachers and one teacher-librarian from
Victoria British Columbia, the site of the 1994 Commonwealth Games.
We are looking for a couple of high school classes to share a
"tourism" project. Students will discover the interests of their
partner in telecommunications land, and develop a "tour guide"
for them. The goal of the project is to encourage students to
explore various aspects of their own community, and a partner community
and at the same time learn to effectively communicate that information
through the internet.

We have prepared a detailed file of information for interested
classes, which I would be delighted to send your way upon request.
We hope to be underway mid May.
