help with printing from Mayo Fam. Health CD-Rom

I remember that somebody was discussing how to get the Mayo Clinic Family
Health Book on CD-Rom to print.  I can NOT figure how to do it.  Can
anyone help me.  I can print the help messages but not the articles
themselves, or any part of them. Please respond to me directly.  Thanks
