Does anyone have any information on the Federal Theater Project? It was
apparently an attempt to create a federally-funded national theater back
in the 1930's. Any help on this, or any information on national theaters
in other countries or attempts by the U.S. to create one, would be
greatly appreciated. My husband has a report due on Wednesday on the
subject "Should the U.S. envy Europe's national theaters?"
