Internet policies

Dear group,

I know there's been discussion on this topic lately, but since
it didn't affect me, I deleted most of it unread.  Then I got a
call today asking me to be on a committee to develop policy for
student use of the internet for our system.  Anyone have any
tried and true ideas?  What guidelines do you have for your
students?  I think we may need to break it into
Elementary, Middle, and High School.
