Workshop for Teachers>TARGET

I am in a restructured high school where the media center is highly used
but I have still not felt that enough collaboration is done between the
teachers and the media specialists(one of them is me).  I have been
working with my principal to help him understand this better and he has
surprised me with the opportunity to have a 1/2 day workshop for teachers
representing each grade level during school hours.  This has got to be great!
If you have any suggestions for things that have worked well for you I
