?grants and ?native american books

Sorry to repeat the question which comes up frequently, but my daughter
(the one on the reservation) asked me if I could tell her where to apply
for grants for almost anything in the way of elementary school needs.
One of the schools on the reservation, or near it, has VERY LITTLE of
anything, including school supplies.  The last principal apparently was
able to write a grant proposal to get SOME computer equipment for the
school, but the needs are great.

Second question.  Any good ideas for publishers who have good collections
of books on or about - fiction or nonfiction- native Americans.  Or
booklists of good books on same subject for elementary level.
