Conference Internet Handouts Available to All

Good day to all of you.  I was very happy to meet many of you at the HUGE
LM_NET breakfast at AASL in Indianapolis!

Frank Birmingham and I would like to thank the 200++ people who attended our
-Advancing on the Internet-  presentation.  Thank you, thank you for the nice
words!

Many (many) people have asked for handouts. As the people who attended know (or
should know), we had virtual handouts - not at the conference but on the
Maverick Gopher at Mankato State University.
If you would like to have a set, here are the directions:
