visual perception

My special education teacher is doing a presentation on perception and
wants tho use the picture, All Is Vanity, by Charles Allen Gilbert.  Does
anyone know where we can get a copy of this book?  We have tried our
public libraries, local bookstores and university libraries with no
luck.
