Need Gov Doc help

I am looking for the following government documents for a student in an
advanced AP-History class.  He needs the primary source document of:
1. The Verplanck Bill (he thinks H.R.  bill # 640 or 641 - introduced in Dec 183
 2 or
Jan 1833).   and
2. The Henry Clay Compromise Tariff of 1833 (Feb 9)
Can anyone help me locate where I might get a copy of these or can anyone
verify with gov doc number?   Are these on internet??? Need ASAP!! Thank you.
