Model Schools is a consortium of districts who share technological ideas, policies, CoSers for equipment, (CoSer 505) and generally support each other. They have professional help for district administrators, Boards of Education, technical help, etc. It is a service which districts "buy" into. Site administrators, of which I am one, meet several times a year to exchange information, write policies such as ethics, etc. Fran has an e-mail address which I don't know offhand, but would be glad to get for you if you like.
