Several years ago I purchased Index to Young Readers' collective
Biographies, by Judith Silverman, RR Bowker, 1975. With the intention of
making my 920's more useful. Sorry to say, the book has sat unused on my
shelf due to a miriad of more pressing problems, but you might try
looking at it. Mine is a 2nd ed.--perhaps it has been updated. Good
luck. It is a problem.
